Shipping & Delivery

United States — Complimentary standard shipping is available, with delivery in 5–10 business days.

International — Please contact us for shipping arrangements.

Returns

Eligible discretionary returns within the United States must be authorized: please request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Eligible discretionary returns carry a 10% restocking fee, with a $50 minimum, where legally permitted. The fee never exceeds the merchandise purchase amount.

Mont Sassière pays approved insured return shipping for authorized returns through its designated return process.

Returned jewelry must be in its original condition: unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, documentation and certificates.

Requests made after 14 days require special approval, except where the law provides otherwise.

Confirmed defective or incorrect merchandise carries no restocking fee. Please notify us within five calendar days of delivery whenever possible so we can arrange a correction or resolution at no added cost.

Nothing here limits your statutory consumer or warranty rights, or the withdrawal and warranty rights you hold outside the United States. The U.S. restocking fee is not applied where prohibited. Supplier terms do not override your rights.

Submit your selection through the Mont Sassière store. Availability, pricing and fulfillment are verified before acceptance. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not guarantee acceptance.

Diamond Certification

Each loose diamond offered by Mont Sassière is accompanied by an independent grading report.
